Pick Up Orders

After 7 business days past your order pick up date, if your order is not picked up, your order total will not be refunded and the order will be restocked/made available to other shoppers.

Shipping

Desire Beauty Studios take 3-4 business days after the order is received to process shipment information. Once the order has been delivered to USPS orders can take up to 5-7 business days.

We strive to ship orders daily.

Total shipping time can be delayed due to COVID 19.

Lost or Stolen

Desire Beauty Studios is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages.

By purchasing from Desire Beauty, you agree and acknowledge this. Please contact respective shipping company and file a claim.

Wrong Information Entered at Check Out

Customers will be sent a customized reshipping invoice that must be paid in full for the order to be resent to the correct address.

Desire Beauty Studios does not provide refunds on Classes, Mentorship, Products, etc.

When purchasing a class or mentorship you agree to a give Desire Beauty 24-48 hours from purchase time/date to schedule your class/first call for mentorship.

You agree that you provided the correct email and phone number.

We do not offer exchanges or order changes unless a mistake is made on our end. We will always make it right.
