After 7 business days past your order pick up date, if your order is not picked up, your order total will not be refunded and the order will be restocked/made available to other shoppers.

Desire Beauty Studios take 1-2 business days after the order is received to process shipment information. Once the order has been delivered to USPS orders can take up to 5-7 business days. We strive to ship orders daily. Total shipping time can be delayed due to COVID 19.

Customers will be sent a customized reshipping invoice that must be paid in full for the order to be resent to the correct address.
