When purchasing any of our In Person courses, you agree to the below.

BARBICIDE CERT

In order to get your Barbicide Certification printed and framed, please email the ACTUAL pdf of your certificate (not the link) to customerservice@desirebeautystudios.com with the subject line "YOUR NAME + BARB) and do so no later than 3 days before your class date.

If this is not done, it will not be printed or framed.

RESCHEDULING

In order for your class retainer or full total to be applied to your newly requested class date it is REQUIRED for you to reschedule no later than 96 hours (4 days) from your class date. No exceptions under any circumstances. We will work with you as business availability permits up to 2 weeks for a rescheduled date.

CANCELLATION

When canceling, it is imperative to understand once your payment is run through our system (pay in 4's or any of our financing options) there will be no refunds. You may cancel as you wish, however there are no refunds on any funds paid towards your class.

LATE ARRIVAL

You have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, there is a $50 late fee. After 10 minutes, there will be $2 per minute up to 20 mins added to the $50. This is extremely enforced due to the amount of information we will need to go over in the course.

MEDIA/PHONES

Due to the nature of the course, phones and recording during instructional time is not permitted. Your Instructor will record certain pieces of content for you/show you how to do content during the course. This only applies to the instructional portion.

REFUNDS

There are no refunds on any funds paid towards your course through any payment system (pay in 4's such as Afterpay, Affirm, Sezzle, Zip, PayPal etc or any of our other financing options.
