Advanced booking is recommended as our books are filled months at a time.

A major credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation. A non refundable retainer fee will be charged based on service selected.

Spa Etiquette

New clients, must complete consent form before being serviced.

This form is located in your appointment confirmation email or you can access it by clicking here.

Due to COVID-19 and the nature of services provided, guest including children are not allowed.

It is highly recommended to flag or favorite your appointment confirmation email in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late Arrivals, Reschedules, and Cancellations

Late Arrivals

You as well as your artist has a 10 minute grace period.

When our clock shows exactly 10 minutes after your scheduled time and you are not on our table (meaning not parking or around the corner), there will be a $40 late fee assessed, you will not receive an extension of scheduled service and full payment is required even if they are not completed due to late arrival.

If we are unable to service you, your appointment will be cancelled and full total charged to card on file.

Cancellations

A 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations.This MUST be done from your confirmation email.

If your email does not allow you to cancel this means it is less than 24 hours from your appointment start time.

No 24 hour notice will result in full service charged to your card on file.

Rescheduling

A 24 hour notice is required for all rescheduling.

With a 24 hour notice you are able to reschedule with the same deposit ONE time, within the same month, regardless of business availability.

This MUST be done from your confirmation email.

If your email does not allow you to reschedule this means it is less than 24 hours from your appointment start time.

No 24 hour notice will result in full service charged to your card on file.

Desire Beauty does not do reschedules when it is less than 24 hours from your appointment start time.

This is considered a cancellation. You will be charged the remaining balance as the cancellation policy states.

You will need to visit the site and re book.

Payment Methods

Exact cash and all major credit cards are accepted.

We do have Apple Pay and finance options such as: Afterpay and Cherry.

We do not accept personal or traveler's checks.

Refunds

Desire Beauty Studios does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges.

Payments made via online booking, Square Invoice, Afterpay, and Cherry are non refundable.

Voucher Sales, Memberships, Packages

Vouchers

All vouchers are non refundable and expire on the date stated when purchasing - no exceptions. 

There is a 10 minute grace period, like normal appointments. However, if you exceed this grace period your voucher will be considered USED

Less than 24 hour cancellation or reschedule will result in voucher being considered USED.

Multiple reschedules are not accepted with vouchers. You may reschedule only 1 time within the same month.

Voucher is only valid when booked via voucher code on the booking site. 

If you do not book using voucher code, you may not use it at appointment.

Memberships

Any and all memberships purchased at Desire Beauty are non refundable under no circumstances due to our extensive transparency before purchase. 

All membership services must be used within the time frame mentioned during purchase. They do not roll over.

Ex: 2023 membership purchases do not roll over to 2024. 

All appointment policies apply and must be agreed to when booking.

Packages

All spa packages purchased are non refundable or transferable.

They expire the date shown before purchase and all appointment policies apply.

Example: If booked and you are 11 minutes late... your package will be considered used.
